Why We Disclose

SEBI's circular SEBI/IMD/CIR No. 4/168230/09 mandates that mutual fund distributors publish scheme-wise commission details received from AMCs. We comply with this not merely as a regulatory obligation, but because we believe our clients deserve to know exactly how we are compensated.

Understanding our revenue model helps you evaluate the advice you receive with full context — and holds us accountable to your interests.

How Commissions Work

Upfront commission is paid once at the time of investment. Trail commission is paid continuously as long as your investment stays in the scheme — aligning our incentive with your long-term wealth growth.

B-30 city incentives are additional commissions provided by SEBI to encourage mutual fund penetration in cities beyond the top 30 by AUM.

Questions About Our Compensation?

If you have questions about how commissions affect the recommendations you receive, or would like details for a specific scheme or AMC, please reach out. We are happy to explain and provide full clarity.
